Lisa has dedicated most of her career to medical research and is passionate about applying a scientific, evidence-based approach to animal physiotherapy. She holds a Master’s degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy from the University of Nottingham, a Postgraduate Diploma in Animal Physiotherapy, and a First-Class Honours degree in Biological Sciences.

Her qualifications also include an Equine Sports Massage course (distinction) and a Level 3 Certificate in Small Animal Hydrotherapy.

Lisa is a member of the International Association of Animal Therapists (IAAT), the Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners (RAMP), and the Institute of Canine Hydrotherapists (ICH). These memberships ensure she meets the highest standards of training and professionalism. She is committed to continual professional development, ensuring that every animal she treats benefits from the latest scientific understanding.

Simon Mazengarb

Small Animal Hydrotherapist

PhD, MPhil, PGCE, CCol ASDC, Level 5 Diploma in Canine Exercise Rehabilitation, Level 3 Small Animal Hydrotherapy, MIAAT, MIRVAP (ICH)

Simon’s career has been rooted in science, working across both public and private sectors. He earned his PhD in Polymer Chemistry from Nottingham Trent University and has spent over a decade teaching science and chemistry.

He is a fully qualified Small Animal Hydrotherapist, having completed the ABC Level 3 Certificate in 2016, as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Canine Exercise Rehabilitation. Simon specialises in creating tailored home exercise plans for clients to support rehabilitation and recovery.

Simon is a member of the International Association of Animal Therapists (IAAT) and the Institute of Canine Hydrotherapists (ICH), meeting the high standards of training and professionalism required by both organisations.
